In Northern Japan, on the Island of Hokkaido the perfect conditions exist in combining the crisp winter air coming in from Siberia and mixing with the warm moist currents from the Sea of Japan to produce a powder snow condition unseen anywhere else in the world. You will spend 6 days in Japans winter wonderland exploring the slopes, exquisite food, and luxurious Onsens (hot springs) of this unique Japanese getaway.
Your adventure begins as you arrive in the afternoon at Niseko Resort and are immediately surrounded by the luxurious surroundings of your hotel. After checking-in and enjoying a fabulous lunch you are invited to experience the relaxing and invigorating private Japanese Onsen that will serve as the perfect transition into the week of fun in the snow that awaits you.
Your second day greets you with your choice of options tailored to your desires and ski level. We can arrange for you to receive ski lessons or to spend the day skiing the slopes on your own or discovering all the mountain has to offer with the assistance of an experienced guide. Or you can choose to do both as the day is yours to arrange as per your preference.
On the third day we take your ski adventure up a notch by sending you on a Cat Skiing on a private ski course! Here you will be accompanied by a professional guide as you enjoy skiing the backcountry as part on your own private adventure or, if you prefer, as part of a group.
On your 4th day you are off on a Snow Mobile Tour with an exhilarating Snow Rafting experience built in. Hang-on as the experienced guide whisks you through the beautiful winter scenery of this gorgeous resort area on your rubber raft! This will truly be a memory for a lifetime. Your afternoon has you enjoying the famous Kyogoku spring waters of Hokkaido. The absolute beauty of this area will astound you and the taste of the pure spring water will surprise you and sampling the tofu made with this water is a definite treat.
Day 5 has you travelling to picturesque Lake Toya where in the morning you will visit famous Lake Hill Farm where you will taste what is probably some of the best ice-cream you will ever encounter and even try your hand at making it with finest and freshest ingredients available. In the afternoon you carry onto Noboribetsu and to Noboribetsu Hell Valley. Why Hell Valley? Well, with the rocky scenic area covered with gushing hot springs that venting sulphuric steam into the air, it resembles what can only be described as Hell. There is a great walking trail through this area which offers you an experience that you may never have the chance to experience again (until you come back).
Your last day of your tour takes you back into the snow as you go on a Snow Shoe Tour in the morning of Oyunuma, which literally means “Hot Water Lake”. This scenic and glorious winter trek is the perfect way for you to you build your appetite for lunch at Noboribetsu Onsen Market prior to your departure for the airport where you board your flight to Tokyo and trade the winter beauty of Hokkaido for the vibrant sites and cultural experience of one of the worlds’ most fascinating cities.Add
