We were so lucky to have found Izumi. I had a business meeting in Japan on short notice, and my wife and I decided to enjoy a Japan vacation together after my meeting. We had never been to Japan before and had only 2 weeks to plan the trip. We were desperate for help, and Izumi arranged everything in a customized package just for us.

She really took the challenge and worked with us to arrange airline and hotel bookings, rail travel and ground transportation, provide advice on travel and accommodation options, and information on what to see and how to get around wherever we went. She even booked us tickets at a Noh theatre performance. She also suggested and arranged side trips that really enhanced our trip – including a tour to the ancient capital Nara near Kyoto, and two relaxing nights at a traditional ‘ryokan’ inn at the Hakone hot springs.

Izumi thought of everything to reduce any stress and help ensure everything went as planned. Izumi had agents meet us to help us make connections. And we were so impressed when she would call us during our trip to ensure all was going well. Izumi was a pleasure to work with. We cannot over state her attention to every detail, her breadth of knowledge, her customer service ethic, her dedication and professionalism, and her genuine desire that our vacation be worry-free and memorable.

We don’t know how we would have done it without her, we would definitely go to her again, and would certainly recommend her to other travelers.
