The Kyoto Brighton Hotel is a distinguished hotel located in west Kyoto-Gosho (Kyoto Imperial Palace), which is in heart of Kyoto.

The hotel is near by the Kyoto Imperial Palace and had its grand opening in 1988 as a prestigious local hotel. During 2010, the hotel has conducted renovation in all of the rooms. The hotel promises a relaxing stay with an atrium style lobby and a large guest rooms ranging from 36m– 42m squared . It is conveniently located near many site seeing spots such as the Kyoto Gyoen (Kyoto Imperial Garden) just 300m away. The textile district of Nishi-jin, where a well known traditional Japanese textiles “Nishijin-ori” are produced, is roughly 800m from the hotel. Additionally, Manga museum which holds over 300,000 collection is only 1 km away and one of the must see world heritage site Nijo-jo (the Nijo Castle) is just 2km away.

Gourmet restaurants and free shuttle bus

Kyoto Brighton has an established reputation for their high quality restaurants within the property. In 2011 the hotel has renewed its main dining restaurant “Feerie”, a terrace restaurant, to an all day buffet style dining. You can also enjoy a high quality Cantonese cuisine at “Kakan” which has been renewed in 2012. There are, of course, also traditional Japanese restaurants. “Hotaru” which service Kyoto style Kaiseki(traditional Japanese course menu) and “Himorogi” a teppan-yaki restaurant to satisfy the guests.
