Izumi was our Travel Specialist for our trip to Japan in 2010. She helped us find and book the flight tickets, as well as the Japan Rail passes that were the best for our travel dates. She was patient and understanding, going through the different options in order to get the best deal possible. Izumi also gave us tips and recommendations on which areas to visit and specific restaurants in the area that were interesting and only locals would usually know of, not just the usual ones out of guide books. Her knowledge and expertise in traveling in Japan helped to make our trip memorable and unique to our tastes.
